Our MTM Google group has grown beyond 2100 members in last 6 months. This is great achievement for all of us. I personally thank each one of you for your support to MTM.

Now its time , each one of you bring some value to MTM activities & its growth , How to do that ?

• Identify any local issue like water problem , drainage or bldg repair or a case of poor person illness , Educational issues , help with suitable guidance to local youths on new job opportunities etc etc Bring awarenes among all on the problem and start working for its solution in some small step by step approach.

• To do all this social work , you need Regd. Society / Trust and lot of formalities....and people get discouraged to do such paper work due to legal and charity commissioner formalities etc.. Here comes the role of MTM. MTM will give you all stationery and support / assistance and you can use for solving the problems.

• When you raise finances for the cause , you can use MTM bank a/c. get funds and spend from MTM a/c. and get your work done by forming local team...funds must be used for the purposes its collected. off course you have to keep all accounts and submitt immediately every month.

• MTM team will also share their expertise to help you solve the matter. MTM team from all over Maharashtra can surely help with thier ideas and suggestions... so you have team of 2100+ google members and 10000+ MTM cadres help at your disposal.

• So why you are waiting for.... now its time take up small work and solve... I am sure you will be successful. Reporting and presentation is also important... every success or failure must be shared..with all.

• How to get time for MTM , this is very important question from many friends - Reduce time spent on TV , Reduce gossip time , all this will surely give 1 hour / day.

• How to start now.... Make list of all telugu people in your area and hold weekly or monthly mtg... This will kick off MTM. make team ad call it as MTM ( Name of area ) Unit , like MTM SION KOLIWADA UNIT. Every unit will have team of 5 to 15 people... as unit leader , dy unit leader and co ordinators. We ensure 33% reservation for ladies , so make sure you involve them for better results.

• Take small tasks and finish , you will be happy on its accomplishment.

• Your benefits for doing all this under MTM You will get good friends , develop network all over the state , give new opportunities for jobs / business. If you keep good work , you can become corporator , MLA, MP and sky is the limit... No point is blaming the system , that is not working... let us join the system and make it work. ACT for CHANGE...

• Why you should help people ? Man is social animal , he needs friends and relatives.. he needs community for support.... people take benefit of community / caste certificate etc and get benefit... so its out primary duty to help the community in whatever small way we can and pay back to the society. Many people think we do after retirement , this never happens.. you have to build from today... social work is art , you will not get in one day....start doing from now and when you retire... you can do a lot.
