Profession: Practising as an Advocate from the year 1989 in the Bombay High Court, primarily on Appellate side, mainly handled about a thousand of Writ Petitions in most branches of Civil, Criminal & Constitutional Law, benefitting workers, landholders, students & others, of thousands of crores of rupees. ( A schedule of important petitions handled is annexed hereto.)

Position Held: 1995-2001 - Hon. Lecturer of LL.B degree course in the Government Law College, Mumbai for 5 years.

1998 - Appointed as a Special Counsel by the Government of Maharashtra to handle a Writ Petition No.3154/98 in the Bombay High Court, which was handled successfully.

1999-2002 - Visiting Lecturer for LL.M. degree course in the Mumbai (Bombay) University for 3 years.

16-11-2004 - Invited by the Hon'ble Chancellor of Universities in Maharashtra State to address the Joint Board of all Vice- Chancellors of Universities in Maharashtra state on the topic of 'Students/ Youth welfare schemes."

2005 - Appointed as the Chancellor's Nominee & Member of the Management Council of SOLAPUR UNIVERSITY for five years, appointed by the Hon'ble Chancellor of Universities in Maharashtra State , and as such was the Chairman/Member of various University statutory committees , and a selection committee Member for the selection of Class-I ( Asst./Deputy Registrar etc.) & above rank officers , Ph.D Guides & Experts for the University.

September, 2008 Appointed as "Special Counsel" by the Hon'ble Governor of Maharashtra State to appear for the Hon'ble Governor to handle a service law matter.

Social / Other Achievements: 2002 - Compiled two volumes each about 750 pages on welfare schemes for students / youth / women / children & scholarships schemes for studies in India and abroad, and distributed about 900 copies free of charge to social workers and institutions in Maharashtra & Andhra Pradesh states in India.

2002 - Founded the Padmashali Foundation (Regd.) an NGO running a permanent center facilitating for getting government / private scholarships for studies in India/abroad, for giving guidance/ help in employment, competitive examinations, vocational guidance, free computer training. Actively implemented labour / students / youth / women welfare schemes benefiting thousands of needy students / workers.

2004 - Started Jupiter Overseas, a readymade garments industrial unit employing about 100 workers.

August, 2004 - Was awarded the Rashtrashakti Foundation Award, 2003 at Yashwantrao Chavan Pratishthan Auditorium, Mumbai for outstanding work done for students / youth.

2004 - Founded Yajurveda and Tanabana powerloom weavers co.op societies (Regd.) comprising 125 powerloom workers to make each of them two powerloom units owners. Production has started partly.

2006 - Started Padmaja Super Market, employing about 30 workers

1995-2008 - Invited as the Chief Guest at various functions of the Colleges, Schools, Associations, Rotary Club etc. all over Maharashtra State, and also delivered lectures on various topics.
